How are we different?

Only qualified teachers

You may find it difficult to assess the quality of an unqualified tutor, that’s why all 18,000+ of our UK tutors are qualified teachers – so you know they are trained, safe, and experienced at teaching your required subject at a high-quality.

We do the work for you

With our service, you don’t need to scroll through endless pages of irrelevant tutors. You just fill in a simple form or call us with your requirements and, within 24 hours, we will send you a shortlist of available teachers in your area.

Our quality guarantee

You can be safe in the knowledge that if you are unhappy with your first lesson (this is rare, but we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right), we will not charge you for the lesson and we will find you another high-quality teacher.

Member since 2018 Miss Natasha R

I graduated from King’s College, Cambridge in 2017 with a First Class degree in Classics. I then started working at KCS Wimbledon as a Teacher of Classics, teaching both Latin and Greek to students aged 11-18. I also taught IB Theory of Knowledge to Sixth Form students, and was heavily involved in co-curricular activities where KCS students taught Latin to Year 6 students from a local primary school. I gained my teaching qualification in July 2019, being judged by eQualitas as Outstanding. I am currently studying the LPC in order to become a solicitor, having received my law degree in June 2020, but I still very much enjoy Classics and have several students whom I tutor on a weekly basis. My tutees span a wide range of ages and experiences, from beginners in Year 7 to post-A Level at university.

Subjects: Latin, Greek, Classical Civilisation
